Move More Pilates Classes

A positive movement experience

My job as your Pilates teacher is to ensure you have a positive movement experience while you work towards your personal goals, whether that be a weekly tune-up for your body, a meditative hour away from your busy schedule, a challenging workout to deepen your Pilates practice, or a specific goal you’ve set yourself.

I believe in flowing, supportive – and fun – whole-body classes which progress you to new heights and discoveries. I’ll guide you as you learn how much your body is actually capable of, with its injuries, niggles and habit history.

Focus on your body’s unique needs in each class

In every class, I’ll help you clear your mind and focus on your body’s unique needs so that you get the most out of every class.

I’m always mindful of any health concerns, injuries or niggles you’re dealing with and will adjust exercises accordingly. This is why there are only a maximum of 12 people in a class for that personal attention Pilates teachers are known for.

If you’re strapped for time, suffering from public transport ‘fatigue’, or prefer the convenience of exercising in the comfort of your home, try my online classes held live on Zoom.

Just like an in-person class, these virtual classes are limited to 12 people to ensure all exercises are performed safely and you’re given the guidance you need.

  2. A Mixed Abilities class for improvers to intermediate level

Private or duet classes (in-person or online) in London

If you’ve never tried Pilates before, are recovering from an injury, want more attention than you can get in a group class, or just prefer solo challenges, then a bespoke private class – also known as a 1:1 – is ideal for you.

I also offer duet sessions – also known as 2:1s – if you’d like to pair up with your partner, friend or family member to motivate each other as you work towards a specific fitness goal.

Your introductory lesson will include an assessment of your fitness level and mobility, and include a discussion of what your goals are. After this first lesson, I will design lesson plans to suit your body’s needs and help you meet your personal targets.

Both private and duet classes can be done in the comfort of your home or online via Zoom.

You pay:
  1. £60 for a 60-min 1:1 (in-person or online)
  2. £75 for a 60-min 2:1 (£37.50 per client; in-person or online)
